Six short weeks ago, we put out the call asking for Glacier Champions and are humbled and grateful for your overwhelming support. The Field Guide to Park Project Priorities outlined the park’s key needs and we are thrilled to say that because of your investment, we will be providing grants to fully fund 31 projects for the 2015 season. We’ll keep you posted on project progress in the months ahead and leading into the 2015 season.Thanks to you, visitors to Glacier National Park in 2015 will experience the popular Native America Speaks program, sit on new benches at the St. Mary Amphitheater and connect to wi-fi at the Apgar and St. Mary Visitor’s Centers to share their selfies at the park entrances before heading into the less connected areas of the park. Teachers, families and students will also have unique opportunities to visit and experience the park in ways that would not be possible without your donations.
