Sperry Action Fund

When the Sperry Chalet dormitory building was lost to the Sprague Fire in August 2017, the Glacier National Park Conservancy established the Sperry Action Fund to help support the immediate needs and possible future needs for restoration of the complex.

Thanks to the generous support of donors to the Sperry Action Fund, we’re on the verge of completing this project – once thought by many to be at best improbable, and perhaps impossible – both on-time and on-budget.

There will still be more to do, and we’re keeping the Sperry Action Fund open and active anticipating that as the chalet re-opens to the public in 2020, there may be unanticipated issues that may arise where we can continue to help restore this important part of of Glacier Park’s history to its original grandeur.
