Being present in Glacier’s wilderness, unique beauty and sheer size, one senses that there is something much greater and more profound than oneself. It can be a defining moment that is humbling yet invigorating, mystical and yet unmistakable. The creation of Glacier as a national park was only the first step in protecting this national treasure.
Now it is up to us – we must inspire this generation and future generations to preserve this special gift. With over 700 miles of trails, emerald lakes, and the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road, visitors of all ages and abilities can explore this incredible Park and enjoy its wide array of flora and fauna.
