Blog recap here!

This easy hike along the Middle Fork of the Flathead River runs relatively level for 1.5 miles to the old site of the Flathead Ranger Station and back totaling 3 miles. The old ranger station was there until it burned in the 2003 Roberts Fire along with the surrounding area. Those looking for some good birding and early spring flowers will be rewarded with a chance for bigger game.
